One of Nashville’s most acclaimed filmmakers, TK McKamy has built a powerhouse brand of storytelling and creative consulting that has driven over 2 billion streams and earned some of the industry’s highest honors — including multiple CMT Video of the Year Awards, two CMA Video of the Year Awards, ACM Awards, four TELLY Awards, WEBBY Awards, and over 50 other nominations. Known for his heartfelt approach, timeless cinematic style, and deeply soulful narratives, TK has become a trusted creative force behind visuals for legends and superstars alike — Reba, George Strait, Lainey Wilson, Tim McGraw, Morgan Wallen, Thomas Rhett, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, and many more.
TK’s life story is as dynamic as his work — a former soccer player in Japan, winner of a reality TV directing competition, accidental midwife in Haiti, documentarian of remote Ethiopian tribes, commercial creative strategist, performer, intellect, husband, and father. A true polymath, TK is a master of capturing the human experience.
Born in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and raised in small-town Kentucky, he remains a devoted student of rural America — a lifelong thesis that now lives and breathes through Country Mile.

Marc Marcum
Co-Founder/Producer
Three decade veteran entertainment executive spanning major studios and indies. Co- founded The Notorious Film Fund (2024), backing films by Gus Van Sant and Gurinder Chadha. Previously led Branded Pictures Entertainment (2010-2024), a seven-figure company with a 30-project IP portfolio including “Dance Dance Revolution” (Stampede) and “Danny and the Dinosaur” (Legendary).
At Intellectual Properties Worldwide (2005-2010), developed remakes including “Piranha 3D” while managing IP for “Superman” and “Captain America.” At Davis Entertainment/Fox (2001-2005), brought in the “Garfield” franchise ($400M+ WW), developed “Alien vs. Predator,” “I, Robot,” and “Daddy Day Care”, contributing to $1B+ box office during his tenure. Earlier work includes Peters Entertainment/ Warner Brothers (1997-1998), developing “Ali” and ”A Star is Born” and Miramax (1999- 2001).
Producer credits include Sundance selection “Bottle Shock” and “Crooked Arrows.” A USC Film School graduate who has evaluated over 5,000 scripts. Currently pioneering Project Characteris (2025), fusing AI with narrative expertise for immersive storytelling experiences. When not working, you’ll find Marc at the movies – finding constant inspiration from stories new and old.

John Harris
Co-Founder/CEO
John Harris is a serial entrepreneur and producer whose career blends premium storytelling, disciplined capital formation, and authentic, culture-driven IP.
He has served as Executive Producer on more than 15 film and television projects, including Stone Cold Fox, The Cure, The Gates, and Christmas Karma, as well as Gus Van Sant’s Dead Man’s Wire starring Al Pacino, Bill Skarsgård, and Dacre Montgomery. His recent slate includes the Sundance 2026 premiere Chasing Summer and The Revisionist, starring Dustin Hoffman and Alison Brie.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Country Mile Entertainment, John is building an audience-first studio rooted in the belief that great storytelling doesn’t start with algorithms—it starts with community. Country Mile is designed to cultivate its own audience ecosystem, allowing fans to discover, support, and grow alongside culturally authentic, country-music-inspired IP.
John is also the founder of Notorious Productions Film Fund and previously co-founded Large Practice Sales, which grew into the nation’s largest dental practice brokerage firm before its acquisition by Henry Schein, Inc.

Matt Marquardt

Matt Marquardt brings over 30 years of legal expertise as an attorney specializing in corporate law, commercial real estate, and finance in the Tampa Bay Area. As president of one of Florida’s oldest law firms, he has established himself as a respected legal authority in real estate and construction, music management, and banking.
His multifaceted business background includes co-founding Notorious Productions Film Fund, connecting private capital with independent film projects, directly aligning with Country Mile Entertainment’s mission to bring heartland-inspired stories to the screen. Matt has successfully invested in and helped produce multiple feature films.
Beyond entertainment, Matt’s business acumen is demonstrated through his leadership in establishing a community bank in the Tampa Bay Area and managing diverse business interests across legal practice, real estate, and entertainment sectors. Matt brings exceptional legal structuring, entertainment financing, and business development expertise that strengthens the company’s operational foundation.
Academic credentials from Princeton University (in English Literature) and the University of Florida (law degree), combined with a passion for music and storytelling, provides CME with valuable perspective at the intersection of entertainment, business, and law—critical elements for successfully navigating the complex landscape of film and television production based on country music’s rich storytelling heritage.

Jonathan Field

A West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran, Jonathan Field brings decades of leadership experience across finance, healthcare, insurance, and real estate, with a proven track record of structuring and deploying capital at scale.
In 2007, Jonathan founded Emerge180, a financial advisory firm that helped more than 15,000 businesses nationwide navigate complex turnarounds, resolve tax challenges, and secure critical funding. Under his leadership, the firm achieved national recognition and was successfully sold in 2023.
Jonathan also founded Grayline Properties, building and managing a $14M+ multifamily real estate portfolio in the Tampa Bay area, while continuing to lead CRE-backed lending and bridge financing initiatives. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and is an IRS Enrolled Agent.
A lifelong film enthusiast with a deep appreciation for storytelling, Jonathan is drawn to projects that combine creative vision with disciplined execution. At Country Mile Entertainment, he applies his financial expertise to support the company’s slate development, capital strategy, and long-term growth—helping turn meaningful stories into sustainable, finance-ready productions.

Chrissy Reter
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Chrissy Reter is a seasoned entertainment professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning live performance, artist development, and film production. As the Executive Assistant at Country Mile Entertainment, Chrissy plays a vital role in supporting the company’s mission to create meaningful, heartfelt stories rooted in resilience, gratitude, and the beauty of everyday life.
Her career includes working behind the scenes with industry icons such as David Copperfield (Personal Assistant), Third Eye Blind (Day-to-Day Manager), and Taylor Swift (Lead Assistant), as well as tour management for Angie Miller and Katie Armiger. Her expertise in production and storytelling extends to producing music videos and commercials, along with serving as Production Manager for the feature film Inspiration.
At Country Mile Entertainment, Chrissy helps bring compelling narratives to life by ensuring seamless coordination across productions. With a deep understanding of both the creative and logistical sides of the industry, she supports projects that reflect the company’s ethos—stories that honor simple values, the struggles that shape us, and the moments that matter most. Whether managing behind-the-scenes details or assisting in the development of powerful storytelling, they are dedicated to crafting entertainment that leaves a lasting impact.

Eric Griffin
LICENSING
Eric Griffin is an entertainment attorney and business consultant licensed in California, Colorado, and Tennessee. For over 20 years, he has run Music City Counsel, a Nashville-based boutique firm representing major artists, songwriters, producers, filmmakers, and startups.
His work spans entertainment law, business strategy, and artist development. A passionate educator, Griffin is Associate Director of Music Business at Colorado State University, where he helped grow the program to over 650 students. He previously taught at Belmont University and the University of Colorado Denver.
Griffin’s industry background includes artist management at The Firm (clients: Backstreet Boys, Korn, Michael Jackson), and roles at Endeavor, Wilkinson & Grist (Hong Kong), and others. He holds a JD from Pepperdine and a BA from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fly fishing, biking, and live music with his family.

Ben Rizzo
DIRECTOR OF brand & community development
From 2006 to 2009, Ben co-founded SteelBridge FilmWorks, a pre- and post-production bridge fund for independent feature films. During this period, SteelBridge participated in the financing of twelve feature films starring acclaimed talent including Michelle Pfeiffer, Richard Gere, Andy Garcia, Val Kilmer, and Adrien Brody.
Returning to the industry in 2022–2023, Ben served as Chief Operating Officer of MSR Media International, during which time the company develped and released feature films starring the likes of Elizabeth Hurley, Kelsey Grammer, Malin Akerman, and Alex Pettyfer, with global distribution across platforms including Netflix and Amazon Prime.
A serial entrepreneur, Ben previously founded Casual Gourmet Foods, Inc., which was then acquired by publicly-traded Monterey Gourmet Foods and, more recently, co-founded The CoolCat Cooler Co. alongside his son, Max.
At CME, Ben leads brand and community development initiatives focused on building a scalable, fan-first ecosystem ahead of film releases. These efforts will include live and experiential events, strategic partnerships across the music, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors, merchandise and apparel tied to iconic country lyrics, and the development of a digital platform that engages fans through early access, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive participation in story selection.
